Registration

In order to make certain that every student has their needs met while at The Matthew Erik Academy, we are requesting that a Registration Form be completed.  This will assist us in ensuring that we have adequate staffing as well as giving us insight into the areas that your child will need support.

Registration forms are for students planning on attending the academy.  Teachers and parents seeking consulting services need only to make an appointment via email.  RSVP's for workshops can be handled through email as well.
