What does it mean to Be a Little More Matt?
The Matthew Erik Foundation is dedicated to supporting innovative endeavors in education. Matt was a schoolteacher for ten years who taught his students that learning can be fun. What started as a small way to remember Matt by providing future teacher scholarships has now become a stand-alone educational center where we aim to be a little more like him by encouraging organic learning through play, reading, and exploration. At The Matthew Erik Academy, we support homeschoolers and virtual school students by teaching them to aim for success in school and have fun while learning.
